This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with NPC Circular No. 2025-01, issued by the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) on May 26, 2025, and aligned with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

I’m Gigi, a Filipina YouTuber and content creator based in Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭.
I livestream almost daily, sharing real-life moments, local culture, food, and public adventures with my subscribers on YouTube at:

My videos are often filmed in public or semi-public spaces, such as markets, beaches, streets, hotels, or events.
While I focus on my own experience and content, bystanders may be incidentally captured on video or audio.
I do not intentionally collect or process personal data, and I do not make non-consenting individuals the focus of my content.

In accordance with Section 4 of NPC Circular No. 2025-01:

• Personal data that may be captured is processed only for artistic or journalistic purposes.

• The filming respects a reasonable expectation of privacy in public spaces.

• Any individuals captured unintentionally are not highlighted, and any identifying or sensitive information (e.g., faces of minors, license plates, distressing events) will be blurred or excluded uppon request. Please see my Request Content Removal form.

When someone is intentionally included—such as in a conversation, interview, or close-up—verbal or written consent is obtained.

For example, I may ask:
“Okay lang po ba na ma-feature ka sa vlog ko?”

If you decline or request to be excluded, your preference will be respected.

If you believe you were captured in my content and:

• Feel your privacy was compromised,

• Want to know more about how your data may have been processed,

I do not knowingly feature children in my content without the presence or permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If a minor is incidentally captured without the presence or permission of a parent or legal guardian, I take extra care to blur their faces or avoid publishing that segment.
